We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Trueon Recharge after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Any additional terms, disclaimers, privacy policies, and other policies applicable to specific services shall also form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Trueon Recharge acts only as a payment facilitator between the User and the respective merchant, vendor, or service provider. At no point does Trueon Recharge take ownership of any products or services offered by merchants, nor does it claim any rights over them.
All cancellations and refunds are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant, vendor, or service provider. Trueon Recharge has no control over refund or cancellation policies and shall not be responsible for any refund, cancellation, or related charges. Wherever a service is marked as Non-Refundable or Non-Cancellable, no refund or cancellation will be processed.
If you mistakenly transfer money to the wrong person or make a payment for an incorrect amount, Trueon Recharge shall not be liable. You must directly contact the recipient to request a refund. Payments made in error cannot be reversed or refunded by Trueon Recharge.
All prepaid recharge purchases made through Trueon Recharge are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the recharge is successfully processed. Users are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number, DTH account number, data card number, or any other service details before making payment.
Trueon Recharge shall not be held responsible for any recharge or payment made to an incorrect mobile number, DTH account, data card, or any incorrect service details provided by the User.
Trueon Recharge disclaims all liability for any act, omission, negligence, fraud, or misconduct committed by any User while using the website or mobile application. By using our services, you acknowledge that Trueon Recharge functions only as a payment intermediary and shall remain indemnified against any claims arising from such activities.
Users are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions published by the respective merchant or service provider before completing any transaction. Trueon Recharge is not responsible for your inability to access those terms or for any loss arising from them.
The contract for the purchase of products or services exists solely between the User and the respective merchant, aggregator, or vendor. Trueon Recharge neither controls nor guarantees the content, pricing, availability, descriptions, listings, bookings, or services provided by merchants or aggregators.
Trueon Recharge does not own, control, or guarantee the existence, quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of products, bookings, listings, or services displayed on its platform. Users should directly contact the concerned merchant or service provider for any clarification or dispute.
Trueon Recharge does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding products or services offered by merchants through the platform. Any warranty claims, quality issues, after-sales support, guarantees, or service disputes shall be resolved directly with the concerned merchant or service provider.
Trueon Recharge shall not be responsible for any misrepresentation, inaccurate information, or false claims made by merchants, vendors, or aggregators regarding their products or services.
The availability, pricing, API responses, interfaces, and services provided through Trueon Recharge may occasionally be affected by human errors, typographical mistakes, technical issues, hardware failures, software bugs, telecommunication failures, internet interruptions, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.
Trueon Recharge shall not be liable for any delay, service interruption, transaction failure, pricing error, or unavailability caused by such events.
Any amount transferred erroneously by the User, for any reason whatsoever, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
The User understands and agrees that Trueon Recharge is not a party to the agreement between the User and the merchant establishment. Trueon Recharge does not endorse any advertiser, merchant, or service provider listed on its platform.
The merchant establishment alone shall remain responsible for fulfilling all obligations relating to products and services, including warranties, guarantees, delivery, service quality, and customer support.
Any complaint, dispute, or legal claim relating to goods or services purchased through Trueon Recharge must be resolved directly between the User and the respective merchant. Trueon Recharge shall not be liable for any deficiency in goods or services purchased using the Trueon Recharge platform or wallet.
If a transaction fails and the payment amount is successfully debited from your account, the refund will normally be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 1–2 working days, subject to the payment provider and banking network.
